'UNWANTED' LEGO
WORKSHOPS!
For some time I use Lego as a tool to connect with participants during different workshops: Corporate Communication, Personal Branding, Branding Bootcamps, etc. And now, I am going through The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. Looking forward to sharing my certificate soon!
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is an innovative process designed to enhance innovation and business performance. Based on research which shows that this kind of hands-on, minds-on learning produces a deeper, more meaningful understanding of the world and its possibilities, the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology deepens the reflection process and supports an effective dialogue – for everyone in the organization.

All in same line
During the workshops leaders, management, project managers don't have all the answers. Their success during the workshop depends on their contribution and listening to the team.
Out of Comfort Zone
First time Lego players, in the beginning, might feel uncomfortable, but this workshop is an opportunity to be heard and go out of their comfort zone, and to be not seen by others. They learn that they are as equal team players as other employees who are louder. An Important factor in Lego Workshops is that it makes participants more relaxed and open for discussions.
Critical Thinking
During the workshop, the team needs to put their knowledge into action and sharpen their critical reasoning skills. Also

To demonstrate their understanding team needs to contribute and engage constructively with each other.
Communication
You can learn more about a person in an hour of play than you can from a lifetime of conversation” Plato

As the workshop is designed to work in groups and collaborate, teams, will build better communication skills.
Let's not forget Fun
Fun is an important factor in Lego Workshops as it makes participants more relaxed and open for discussions.
Individual Approach
Workshops are done in two/three parts. The first theory and individual approach, the second part is working in small groups/department and eventually, we approach the big vision - company goals.
